1. Investor Relations Manager (IRM)
Roles & responsibilities

a. responsible for the strategic communication with potential investor and key stake holders through various communication platform.

b. responsible for answering enquires form and conducting meetings with, investors & analysts, as well as organizing activities such as road shows and conferences.

c. preparing and distributing investor related information

d. maintaining close relationships with investment analysts and fund managers to promote active communication between the company and the investment community

1. Corporate communication Managers (CCM)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. promoting organization's image and reputation to the public
2. informing internal and or external about what is happening within the organization
3. designing strategies that promote and support the company
4. producing publications such as newsletters, leaflets and annual reports
5. managing media issues and sponsorships
6. developing and managing advertising and communication programmes and campaigns

Requirements :

1. Male or Female and max 40 years old
2. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including flair for presenting information clearly, accurately, persuasively
3. Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, graduated from a reputable university (1)
4. Bachelor degree or higher in communication, graduated from a reputable university (2)
5. At least 3 year relevant experience at management level related to investment & investor relations (1), corporate communication and or public relations\ (2)
6. able to understand financials and translate them into media and public communication (1)
Strong analytical &leadership skill

The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure of tight deadlines is essential
